A once-in-a-generation investment opportunity: an international-standard multi-use complex at the heart of the country, in North Lod.
A once-in-a-generation investment opportunity: an international-standard multi-use complex at the heart of the country, in North Lod.
L2 Arena is far more than a sports or cultural venue - it is a new beating heart at the center of the country. A sophisticated multi-use complex, designed to the highest standards, that will host major international shows, world sporting competitions, and large-scale business conferences.
The arena will create a new urban experience combining retail, office, and hospitality space - connecting the local stage to the international arena.
Lod is setting a new standard. This is the chance to be part of history.
In recent years, the city of Lod has undergone an unprecedented revolution across every area of life - from a massive construction boom, through groundbreaking urban renewal, to becoming one of Israel's leading smart cities. At the heart of this national effort stands the Lod Economic Corporation, the entrepreneurial and executive arm of the Lod Municipality. The company operates as a professional, agile body that combines public-sector norms with entrepreneurial business thinking. It leads the city's ambitious development plans, chief among them the management and execution of two active framework agreements that create strong certainty and a secure investment environment for developers and entrepreneurs - alongside the establishment of new neighborhoods and employment zones, and management of the "Green Track," which provides close guidance to developers from planning through execution.

A huge gap exists in Israel between demand for major shows and the venues available to host them. L2 Arena is the only realistic solution at this scale - right at the center of the center.
The project enjoys full backing at every level - national and municipal.
Lod has two active train stations, with a third planned near the Arena - about a 12-minute ride from Tel Aviv on high-frequency lines. In the future, 3 metro stations will open on the M1 line, in addition to proximity to Ben Gurion Airport and major highways such as Routes 200, 1 and 40.
Approved, binding infrastructure milestones -
2026 through 2040.
The Lod Municipality and Economic Corporation invite pioneering developers, visionaries, culture and business professionals, and leading international groups to take part in building, managing, and operating the new National Arena of Israel.
